* Please note: If you want to reserve lodging outside of the ASTROCON block, or in other words, hotel room nights and/or RV park/campground space before or after the convention dates, you will need to make a separate online booking. For hotel reservations, go to the Best Western Plus Ruby’s Inn website or call 855-516-1090. If any of the additional nights are sold out, you may go to brycecanyoncountry.com for other lodging options. These additional dates will be offered at regular or normal nightly rates.

As a reminder, the ASTROCON room block is only for the nights of Tuesday June 24th though Saturday night June 28th.

If you are ordering a "Ladies Fit" embroidered golf shirt during your registration, please use the size chart at the bottom of this page as a reference.

Once you have opened the link, click on the BUY TICKETS button at the top right of your screen. Enter the code "vendor2025".

Purchasing one or more booths in the Exhibitor Hall automatically registers you for the convention itself. You do not need to add tickets to your registration cart.

Please EMAIL US the names of those persons staffing your booth(s) so that we can create name badges for each person.

Exhibitors that are interested in the Friday Star-B-Que lunch, the Saturday evening Gala Banquet and any event clothing, may purchase any or all of these items separately.

You may then pay by credit card or bank account on the website.

Security
The Red Canyon room will be locked during non-exhibit hours. Ruby's Inn is staffed 24 hours a day, and all public areas at Ruby's Inn are monitored with security cameras.

Equipment may be shipped from Ruby's Inn via UPS or US Postal Service.

Communications
Wireless internet is available throughout the property. Cell phone coverage from
AT&T and Verizon seem to work best. Regular phone service is not available in the exhibit area.

Power
Power is available in the exhibit area, and extension cords will be provided by Ruby's Inn as needed.

Hours of Operation

The Red Canyon room will be open to the public from 9 am to 5 pm on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. On Saturday, it will be open to the public from 9 am to 4:30 pm.

Installation of Exhibits

The Red Canyon room will be available for exhibit installation Tuesday afternoon before the conference. We will also arrange to have the room open to vendors only at 8 a.m. each day of the conference.

Removal of Exhibits

All exhibits must be removed from the Red Canyon room by 10 am on Sunday.

Accommodations

A reservation link for rooms at the convention hotel and/or RV park will be emailed to you upon receipt of your registration form.
