Exhibitor Information

Exhibit Space

Vendor exhibit space is available in the Red Canyon room on the main floor of Ruby's Inn. We are offering 10x10 foot booth areas.
Booth space is available at $350 per booth for 1-4 days (includes table if needed). Chairs will be provided to all exhibitors.
Booth space may be purchased by postal mail or online.

Security

The Red Canyon room will be locked during non-exhibit hours. Ruby's Inn is staffed 24 hours a day, and all public areas at Ruby's Inn are monitored with security cameras.

Equipment may be shipped from Ruby's Inn via UPS or US Postal Service.

Communications
Wireless internet is available throughout the property. Cell phone coverage from
AT&T and Verizon seem to work best. Regular phone service is not available in the exhibit area.

Power

Power is available in the exhibit area, and extension cords will be provided by Ruby's Inn as needed.

Hours of Operation

The Red Canyon room will be open to the public from 9 am to 5 pm on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. On Saturday, it will be open to the public from 9 am to 4:30 pm.

Installation of Exhibits

The Red Canyon room will be available for exhibit installation Tuesday afternoon before the conference. We will also arrange to have the room open to vendors only at 8 a.m. each day of the conference.

Removal of Exhibits

All exhibits must be removed from the Red Canyon room by 10 am on Sunday.

Accommodations

A reservation link for rooms at the convention hotel and/or RV park will be emailed to you upon receipt of your registration form.
